Our Pedagogy includes the following attributes

Our instructions are delivered through live sessions using video conferencing platforms. We also have a well-equipped library of video content which students can browse through. The main philosophy behind our mode of instruction is flexibility and easy accessibility. Students can choose the learning environment that works best for their needs, it can be their study room, their living room, their workplace or the café across the street. For the live session and to access our video content library, the student needs only a stable internet connection and a device (phone / laptop). This helps us shorten our feedback loop and cover a good amount of syllabus in the shortest time frame possible.

It is natural to have doubts when you are learning something new. This is where Personal Mentorship comes in. Each student is paired with a mentor / trainer who provides unwavering support. The mentors while focusing on clarifying understanding and clear doubts, also ensure adherence to the study plan and learning outcomes so that the student can finish the curriculum well within the timelines.

The application of knowledge is the ultimate test of learning. Carefully and meticulously created Assessment and Evaluation tests, conducted at predefined intervals of the study plan accomplish this. If any gaps in knowledge / learning are found the concept / strategy needs to be given more attention and practice.

Planning is the basic requirement for success in learning anything. Many students fail because of not being able to plan for their learning outcome / goal. We develop and provide a detailed Study Plan for every course. This study plan contains milestone tests which help in checking any learners course progress. It is continuously customized iteratively by the mentor to ensure that the student covers all important topics during the course and is ready for any exam!

At uFaber, monitoring of student progress is an important parameter and used a critical metric for not only tracking student performance, but also to evaluate the effectiveness of our course curriculum & teaching methodology. Mentors keep a close watch on the students' performance to help them stay on track and achieve the goals within the timelines. With the help of our monitoring tools, our mentors establish an achievable rate of progress for each student and initiate interventions when progress is not as expected. Mentors use formal and informal monitoring tools to assess students on 3 important factors:

  • How well students have learned concepts presented in class
  • How effectively they retain these skills and concepts
  • How easy it is for them to apply the acquired skills and knowledge
